FAQs

When can I make an order?
Our online shop opens every Thursday at 7pm, all orders placed before the following Thursday at 12pm (or until sold out) will then be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class on the Thursday afternoon. 

Will my order be posted the day after I order?
This will depend what day you place your order. We post all orders once a week, every Thursday. So if you place an order on a Friday morning, your items will not be posted until the following Thursday. If you place your order before 12pm on a Thursday, your items will be sent on that Thursday.

Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately we are only offering postal for our Brownie/Blondie boxes. This is to allow collection slots for our custom cake and cupcake orders.

Do you offer local delivery?
We have made the decision to take away local delivery now celebrations are back and orders for custom cakes and cupcakes are on the rise again. 

Can I put in an order through email, in person or through your social medias?
All orders must be placed through our online shop. Any requests via social media to place orders will be directed to our website. 

Can I combine multiple orders into one?
Unfortunately not, if you are ordering items for different addresses, you will need to make a separate order for each.

Do your postal items fit through the letterbox?
In general we would say no, however we have had customers say theirs fit through the letterbox but as the items are classed as a small parcel based on their measurement we would advise that someone is home to receive your order. Our brownies are quite thick (the best kind in our 
opinion) so once packaged they are generally thicker than your standard letterbox.

Do you have any vegan options?
We currently don't restock vegan options weekly as the demand wasn't always there but if you are vegan and would love some sweet treats from us, please get in touch and we can discuss this with you!

Can I choose a day for delivery?
We currently do not offer this option. All deliveries are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class on Thursdays, you should expect to receive your orders the following day however please note there may be disruptions to delivery times because of the current situation with COVID-19. 

My order hasn't arrived the next day, what do I do?
All we can advise is to be patient. The current lead time for Royal Mail 1st Class is 1-7 days. 

My order is late, will the products be ok?
We bake all items fresh on Wednesday and then post on Thursday so they're as fresh as possible. Brownies should be good for 7-10 days and cookies 5-7 days. When you receive your products we would advise you pop them to an airtight container to help keep them fresh for as long as possible. If the weather has been hot, we would advise popping your brownies and blondies especially into the fridge to firm up a little.

How do I place a custom cake order?
